01. Agreement to Terms

By registering an active panel profile, matching demographics, completing research projects, or redeeming accumulated points with Scrutiny Pulse, you agree to comply with this agreement. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not establish an account or submit answers.

02. Eligibility & Registration

Access to our respondent ecosystem requires fulfillment of strict panel criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age defined by your local state framework).
• You must submit true, complete, and un-duplicated demographic profiles.
• Establish strictly one (1) account. Multi-account mappings to a single household or payout endpoint are monitored and blocked.

04. Points & Payouts Mechanics

The earn and conversion cycles operate under the following specifications:

• Points Accrual: Points are allocated for successfully completed surveys. Points are only confirmed once client verification triggers clear (typically within 24 to 72 hours).
• Cash Conversions: 100 Points are equivalent to $1.00 USD. You can request redemption when your ledger satisfies the minimum cash-out threshold.
• Payout Dispatch: Rewards are processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days following manual audit compliance approvals.

05. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Surveys dispatched through Scrutiny Pulse contain proprietary concepts, pricing indexes, medical trial information, and unreleased designs from our enterprise clients. You agree to hold all accessed information in absolute confidence, never taking screenshots, downloading media assets, or sharing materials online.

06. Account Suspension & Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block your account, forfeiting all accrued points, if our Sentinel systems detect fraud, automated bots, speed violations, multiple accounts, or VPN usage.

07. Limitation of Liability

Scrutiny Pulse services are provided "as is" without representations of guaranteed monthly volumes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of potential profits or data breaches.

08. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of Scrutiny Global's corporate registration borders. Any disputes arising from platform interactions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in our primary corporate jurisdiction.
